摘要
作为码头的卸船机械设备,电磁塔式起重机使用频繁,且安装质量要求较高。依据实际生产规划,充分利用厂内设施,将建造分为安装和整机移位2部分,并通过多次研讨策划,使施工方案得以顺利实施,保证了建造质量和施工安全。文中从总体方案、台车架定位、实际吊装、拉杆调节、水平轮装置调整和机房机构排装等方面详细介绍了电磁塔式起重机的安装施工过程,阐述分析了电磁塔式起重机位移的可行性及位移方案的具体实施,为同类起重机的安装施工积累了一定经验。
As the unloading equipment of the wharf,the electromagnetic tower crane is frequently used,and its installation quality requirements are strict.According to the actual production plan,the factory facilities are fully utilized,and the construction is divided into two parts:installation and whole machine shifting.Through discussions and planning,the construction scheme can be implemented smoothly,ensuring the construction quality and safety.The installation and construction process of electromagnetic tower crane are introduced in detail from the aspects of overall scheme,platform frame positioning,actual hoisting,tie rod adjustment,horizontal wheel device adjustment and machine room mechanism arrangement,and the feasibility of displacement of electromagnetic tower crane and the implementation of displacement scheme are analyzed,which can provide reference for the installation and construction of similar cranes.
