Thinking on the management of limited human activities within the ecological conservation redline in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

内蒙古自治区一半以上国土面积纳入生态保护红线,如何管好红线尤为重要,本文对国家明确的除国家重大项目外允许在生态保护红线一般区域允许的有限人为活动的内涵和管理重点进行了探讨,提出了基于国土空间规划的生态保护红线评估指标建议,分析了内蒙古自治区目前生态保护红线内有限人为活动管理存在的问题并提出相关建议。

Based on the actual situation of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the paper discussed the connotation and management focus of the limited human activities allowed in general control areas of the ecological conservation redline,except for major national projects,proposed the ecological conservation redline assessment indicators based on land space planning.The paper analyzed the problems existing in the management of limited human activities within the ecological conservation redline in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and puts forward relevant suggestions.
