浅谈兴安盟公路建设导致的生态环境问题及相关保护措施

Discussion on the ecological environment problems caused by highway construction in Hinggan League and the relevant protection measures

随着我国经济的高速发展,道路交通成了一个地区经济发展的主要制约因素,直接关系到地方经济发展水平,在地区之间相互联通、促进经济发展和社会进步方面发挥着重要作用。为了加快发展实现经济振兴,兴安盟公路建设也步入了快车道,取得了很好的成绩。本文根据兴安盟公路发展现状及趋势,兴安盟现有生态环境现状,以及公路建设可能引发的环境问题,从公路设计、施工建设、运营管理等方面提出减轻或减少公路建设过程中产生的生态环境影响的建议。

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,road traffic has become a major restriction factor in regional economic development,which is directly related to the level of local economic development and plays an important role in the mutual connectivity between regions,promoting economic development and social progress.In order to accelerate development and realize economic revitalization,the construction of Hinggan League Road has also stepped into the fast lane and achieved good results.Based on the current situation and trend of highway development in Hinggan League,the present situation of ecological environment in Hinggan League,as well as the environmental problems that may be caused by highway construction,this paper puts forward some suggestions to reduce or reduce the impact of ecological environment in the process of highway construction from the aspects of highway design,con struction and operation management.
