起重机主动落钩的吊钩最小质量计算修正与ADAMS仿真分析

摘要 为使起重机吊钩在空载情况下能够依靠自重主动落钩,吊钩需满足最小质量的要求,推导主动落钩最小质量公式,利用ADAMS软件对主动落钩模型进行仿真分析,在确认缩比模型对验证起重机主动落钩吊钩最小质量的可行性的基础上,将仿真结果与理论解进行对比,验证了吊钩最小质量计算公式的准确性。 In order to enable the crane hook to active lowing hooks by its own weight under no-load conditions,the hook must meet the minimum weight requirement.The minimum weight formula for the active lowing hooks is derived,and the ADAMS software is used to conduct simulation analysis on the active lowing hooks model.On the basis of confirming the feasibility of the scaled model for verifying the minimum weight of the crane active lowing hooks,the simulation results are compared with the theoretical solution,the accuracy of the calculation formula for the minimum weight of the hook is verified.
