摘要
某码头带式输送机取装线采用变频驱动方式来实现设备启动、停止、调速功能。针对由于设备结构限制而导致变频调速功能无法实现的问题,分析了问题产生的根源,提出了皮带机头部抛料漏斗结构优化改造方案。经过优化改造后,该方案能够有效实现设备的变频调速功能。
The variable frequency drive mode is adopted for the belt conveyor loading line of a terminal to realize the equipment start,stop and speed regulation functions.Aiming at the problem that the variable frequency speed regulation function cannot be realized due to the limitation of the equipment structure,the root cause of the problem is analyzed,and the optimization and reconstruction scheme of the belt conveyor head throwing funnel structure is proposed.After optimization and transformation,the scheme can effectively realize the variable frequency speed regulation function of the equipment.
