摘要
采用计算流体动力学方法(CFD)对气力输送装置内的压力变化和流场变化进行研究。通过实验测得的压力值对数值计算结果的正确性进行验证,在此基础上,分别研究在不同边界条件下,重力式卸料器和旋风分离器中压力的变化和流场中的速度变化。结果表明,重力式卸料器和旋风分离器在不同进口边界条件下压降的比值是不变的。
The computational fluid dynamics method(CFD)is used to study the pressure and flow field changes in the pneumatic transport device,on the basis of verifying the correctness of the numerical calculation results by the pressure values measured by experiments,the pressure changes in gravity unloader and cyclone separator and pressure changes in flow field are studied under different boundary conditions.The results show that the pressure drop ratio of gravity unloader and cyclone separator is constant under different inlet boundary conditions.
