摘要
管状带式输送机的输送能力与管径直接相关,目前国内管状带式输送机的管径超过500 mm时,容易造成塌管,不能适应港口输送系统大能力、大流量的发展趋势。针对目前装卸工艺系统存在的问题进行优化设计,给出长距离、大管径、高带速、大运量的管带机关键技术,可解决大直径管带机长距离输送存在的主要问题。
The conveying capacity of tubular belt conveyor is directly related to the pipe diameter.At present,when the pipe diameter of domestic tubular belt conveyor exceeds 500 mm,it is easy to cause pipe collapse and cannot adapt to the development trend of large capacity and large flow of port conveying system.Aiming at the problems existing in the current loading and unloading process system,the optimization design is carried out,and key technologies for pipe and belt machines with long distance,large pipe diameter,high belt speed,and large transportation capacity are provided,which can solve the main problems existing in long distance conveying of large diameter tubular belt conveyor.
