一种可移动式平车翻转属具研制

Development of a Movable Flat Car Overturning Device

目前港口用平车维修方式是通过吊车起吊平车一侧,翻转后再进行维修,这个过程复杂危险,且对平车有较大危害性。针对此问题,研制了一种可移动式平车翻转属具,给出了设计参数、结构设计、液压系统控制设计、配套托架设计、平车翻转工艺流程要点。应用表明,该可移动式平车翻转属具安全实用。

At present,the maintenance method of the port flat car is to lift one side of the flat car by the crane,and then repair it after overturning,which is complex and dangerous,and has great harm to flat car.In view of this problem,a kind of movable flat car overturning device is developed,and the design parameters,structure design,hydraulic system control design,supporting bracket design and key points of flat car overturning process are given.The application shows that the movable flat car overturning device is safe and practical.
