摘要
针对螺旋平料机人工操作模式下劳动强度大、平料效率低等问题,研发一种基于3D激光扫描技术的新型螺旋平料机自动控制系统。该系统在作业前和作业过程中,通过激光扫描系统采集数据构建作业对象料堆的三维模型并实时更新,并控制螺旋推料装置的切入深度及螺旋的转速、转向等动作,达到最佳的平料效率。该硬件控制系统和平料机全自动控制算法,可以实现装车线平料设备高效安全的全自动无人化作业。
Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and low flat efficiency under manual operation mode of screw flat machine,a new automatic control system of screw flat machine based on 3D laser scanning technology is developed.Before and during the operation,the system collects data by laser scanning system to build a three-dimensional model of the operation object pile and update it in real time,and controls the cutting depth of the screw pusher and the rotation speed and steering of the screw,so as to achieve the best flat material efficiency.The hardware control system and the automatic control algorithm of the flat loader can realize the efficient and safe automatic unmanned operation of the flat loader.
