In order to improve the safety of the maintenance personnel in strong ports during the spreader replacement work,and to reduce the wear of the spreader plug cable and the resulting failures,a fully automatic insertion and withdrawal power supply system for the spreader of quayside container crane is designed,and the system configuration scheme is given.Practice shows that the system has good stability and reliability,and the replacement time of spreader appliances can be shorten.
