港口门座起重机回转机构水平轮滚道焊补工艺

摘要 针对港口门座起重机发生回转机构齿圈水平轮滚道淬火表面开裂、剥落故障等问题,以材料为铸钢45的回转齿圈为研究对象,给出一种焊补工艺方案,阐述了焊补工艺设计、焊接操作过程、焊后检查与修磨要点。该方案在不拆卸回转机构的情况下进行滚道修补,可缩短维修工期,降低设备的维修成本。 Aiming at the problems such as cracking and spalling on the quenching surface of the horizontal rollaway nest of the gear ring of the slewing mechanism of port portal crane,taking the rotating gear ring made of cast steel 45 as the research object,a welding process scheme is given,and the welding process design,welding operation process,post-welding inspection and grinding points are expounded.The scheme can repair rollaway nest without disassembling the slewing mechanism,which can shorten the maintenance period and reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment.
