摘要
新医科建设注重培养综合素质的医学人才。依托基础医学国家级实验教学示范中心,为了探讨科研与教学融合的实验教学模式,文章基于细胞与分子生物学实验整合课程开展试点项目,采用教师引导联合翻转课堂的方式将科研新技术、新方法融入分子克隆实验。这种实验设计既可以培养学生的创新能力及提高科研素养,又促进科研与教学的有机结合,还可以为学生今后的临床及科研工作奠定基础,为进一步在本科生实验教学中推广起到示范作用。
The construction of New Medicine focuses on cultivating medical talents with comprehensive quality.Relying on National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of basic medical science,the authors have explored the experimental teaching mode of integrating scientific research and teaching,and carried out a pilot project based on the integrated experimental course of"cell and molecular biology",in which new scientific research technologies and methods were applied to molecular cloning experiments,and teacher guidance was combined with flipped classroom.This experimental design can not only cultivate students'innovation ability and improve their scientific research literacy,but also promote the combination of scientific research and teaching,laying a foundation for students'future clinical practice and scientific research.
