基于Web of Science的儿童安宁疗护研究文献的可视化分析

Visual analysis of Children′s palliative care literature based on Web of Science

目的:基于Web of Science对儿童安宁疗护文献进行可视化分析。方法:检索Web of Science数据库核心合集中2010年1月1日—2021年12月31日收录的儿童安宁疗护研究文献,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R3可视化软件分析文献的发文量、作者、国家、关键词及突现词。结果:共纳入1089篇文献,可视化分析显示儿童安宁疗护发文量呈现逐年上升的趋势,发文量居前5位的国家为美国(533篇)、英国(150篇)、加拿大(98篇)、德国(68篇)、澳大利亚(57篇);形成以Wolfe J、Feudtner C和Baker J为主的核心作者群;发文量居前5位的机构是波士顿儿童医院(80篇)、丹娜法伯癌症研究院(76篇)、费城儿童医院(56篇)、华盛顿大学(43篇)、哈佛大学(36篇);研究热点为儿童姑息治疗、癌症、父母、死亡、护理质量等;研究前沿是抑郁、早期整合、青少年、定性研究。结论:国外儿童安宁疗护研究发文量呈现逐年上升趋势,但是发文机构之间缺少合作,未来应该加强不同机构之间的合作,开展跨学科高质量的临床研究。

Objective:To visually analyze children′s palliative care literature based on the Web of Science.Methods:The research literature on children′s palliative care was retrieved from the Web of Science from January 1,2010 to December 31,2021.The number of publications,authors,countries,keywords,and emerging words in the literature were analyzed using the CiteSpace 6.1.R3 visualization software.Results:A total of 1089 articles were included.The visual analysis showed that the number of papers published on children′s palliative care showed an increasing trend year by year.Countries with the top five published articles were the United States(533 articles),the United Kingdom(150 articles),Canada(98 articles),Germany(68 articles),and Australia(57 articles).A core group of authors dominated by Wolfe J,Feudtner C,and Baker J was formed.Institutions with the top five published articles were Boston Children′s Hospital(80 articles),Dana-Farber Cancer Institute(76 articles),Children′s Hospital of Philadelphia(56 articles),University of Washington(43 articles),and Harvard University(36 articles).Research hotspots included children′s palliative care,cancer,parents,death,quality of care,etc.Research frontiers were depression,early integration,adolescents,and qualitative research.Conclusion:The number of published articles on children′s palliative care research in foreign countries showed an increasing trend year by year,while there was a lack of cooperation among publishing institutions.In the future,cooperation between different institutions should be strengthened to conduct interdisciplinary,high-quality clinical research.
