摘要
以红花尔基林业局樟子松良种基地2017年定植的樟子松子代测定林为研究对象,测定了樟子松25个家系4个年度的树高,通过变异分析、方差分析等进行优良家系筛选。结果表明:樟子松树高存在丰富的变异,变异系数为33.33%~51.09%。来源于红花尔基良种基地、巴日图林场、红花尔基林场、宝根图林场及头道桥林场家系的平均变异系数依次为43.10%、41.21%、34.37%、32.29%和31.91%。4年生至7年生时树高在区组和家系水平上差异均达到了极显著水平,4个年度树高的遗传力依次为92.70%、91.50%、87.60%和85.13%。以20%入选率,4个年度的遗传增益分别为21.81%、17.94%、17.77%和16.65%。结合多重比较及树高增长量分析结果,初步选择出生长快且稳定的家系为HH16、HH44、HH8、HH12及HH1,其树高总生长量大于对照16.27%,大于家系平均值8.89%;年均生长量大于对照的14.5%,大于家系平均值9.05%。
The height of 25 families of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica was measured in four years,with the Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica offspring determination forest planted in 2017 in excellent families of Honghuaerji Forestry Bureau as the research subject.The superior family lines were selected by variance analysis,variance analysis,and so on.The results showed that there was abundant variation in the height traits of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica,with coefficients of variation ranging from 33.33% to 51.09%.The average coefficients of variation of the lines from Safflower Irki Good Seed Base,Bariitu Forestry,Safflower Irki Forestry,Baogentu Forestry,and Toudaoqiao Forestry were 43.10%,41.21%,34.37%,32.29% and 31.91%,respectively.The differences in tree height at 4,5,6 and 7 years of age reached highly significant levels at both the regional and lineage levels,and the heritabilities of tree height in the four years were 92.70%,91.50%,87.60% and 85.13%,respectively.The genetic gains for the four years with 20% accession rate were 21.81%,17.94%,17.77% and 16.65%,respectively.Combining the results of multiple comparisons and tree height growth analysis,the family lines with good,fast and stable growth were finally selected as HH16,HH44,HH8,HH12 and HH1,whose total tree height growth was greater than the control by 16.27% and greater than the average of the lines by 8.89%;and the average annual growth was greater than the control by 14.5% and greater than the average of the lines by 9.05%.
