水盐胁迫对湿地松生理生化的影响

摘要 以1年生湿地松扦插苗为试验对象,采用完全随机区组试验设计,研究了湿地松在不同水盐胁迫处理下对其生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:不同水盐胁迫处理对湿地松各生理生化指标的影响显著相关,其中T1处理的MDA最小且高于对照组23.72%,T7处理的CAT最大并高于对照组191.51%,T1处理的SOD最大并高于对照组58.32%,T7处理的POD最大并高于对照组30.64%,T6处理的可溶性蛋白含量最高并高于对照组21.23%,T7处理的脯氨酸最大并高于对照组92.87%。各试验组的酶活含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和脯氨酸含量均有不同程度的提高,来应对胁迫环境下带来的伤害,尤其是单一水胁迫和水盐混合胁迫处理的耐水、耐盐能力更佳。因此,湿地松适宜用作沿海防护林树种。 Taking 1-year-old cuttings of Pinus elliottii as the research objects,the effects of Pinus elliottii under different water and salt stress on its physiological and biochemical indexes were studied by complete random design.The results showed as follows:the physiological and biochemical indexes of Pinus elliottii were significantly correlated with different water and salt stress treatments;the MDA of T1 treatment was the smallest and higher than that of control group(23.72%);the CAT of T7 treatment was the largest and higher than that of control group(191.51%);the SOD of T1 treatment was the largest and higher than that of control group(58.32%);the POD of T7 treatment was the largest and higher than that of control group(30.64%);the soluble protein content of T6 treatment was the highest and higher than that of control group(21.23%);the proline of T7 treatment was the highest and higher than that of control group(92.87%).The results also showed that the enzyme activity content,soluble protein content and proline content of each experiment group increased to some extent to deal with the injury caused by stress environment,especially the water and salt tolerance of single water stress and water-salt mixed stress was better.Therefore,Pinus elliottii is suitable for coastal shelterbelt.
