摘要
耐张线夹是电力线路中重要的受力导电设备,准确评估耐张线夹的压接质量有助于及时发现安全隐患,实施有针对性的压接补救措施。本文梳理了耐张线夹的各种典型压接缺陷,阐述了各种缺陷类型的易发生部位、作用机理及产生原因,剖析了既有耐张线夹质量检测方法的优缺点及适用条件,提出并探讨了利用三维激光雷达扫描技术实现耐张线夹外形尺寸参数测量的思路及面临的挑战。研究结论可为耐张线夹质量检测的数字化发展提供参考。
The tension clamp is an important conductive equipment under stress in power lines.Accurate evaluation of the crimping quality of the tension clamp is helpful to timely identify potential safety hazards and implement targeted crimping remedial measures.In this paper,various typical crimping defects of tension clamp are combed,the positions,action mechanisms and causes of various types of defects are described,the advantages,disadvantages and applicable conditions of existing quality detection methods of tension clamp are analyzed,and the idea and challenges of using 3D laser radar scanning technology to measure the parameters of tension clamp shape and dimensions are proposed and discussed.The research results can provide reference for the digital development of tension clamp quality detection.
