摘要
针对绝缘子型号种类繁多、传统卡具不通用导致绝缘子更换效率低下的现状,本文设计一款以通用性及轻量化为目标的万能更换卡具。利用有限元法对设计完成的卡具在实际工况下的力学性能进行仿真分析,结果表明卡具在静态载荷132kN作用下满足强度要求。该卡具顺利通过了实际更换作业试验,验证了有限元仿真分析结果的正确性、卡具结构设计的通用性及合理性。
In view of the current situation that there are many types of insulators and the replacement efficiency is low due to the non-universality of traditional fixtures,this paper designs a universal replacement fixture aiming at universality and lightweight.The finite element method is used to carry out the designed fixture mechanical performance simulation analysis under the actual working conditions,and the results show that the fixture meets the strength requirements under the static load of 132kN.The fixture successfully passes the actual replacement operation test,which verified the correctness of the finite element results and the universality and rationality of the fixture structure design.
