摘要 砷中毒是选择性催化还原反应(SCR)脱硝催化剂发生失活的几个重要原因之一。当燃用高砷煤时,SCR脱硝装置在运行一年左右就需要更换催化剂,对电厂的经济运行产生了十分不利的影响。本文结合电厂实际运行情况,对煤质中砷元素对SCR脱硝催化剂影响寿命进行分析,对后续燃煤电厂脱硝设计和实际运行提供建议。 Poisoning of catalyst causing by Arsenic in coal is one of the important reasons for deactivation of Selective catalytic reduction(SCR)catalyst.When burning the coal with arsenic,the catalyst in SCR device needs to be replaced no more than one year of operation generally.It has a very adverse impact on the economic operation of the power plant.Based on the actual operation of the power plant,this paper analyzes the influence of arsenic components in coal on the life of SCR catalyst,and provides suggestions for the subsequent design and actual operation of Coal-Fired power plants.
