京津冀地区数字经济发展对碳排放的影响效应——来自2011-2019年13个地级及以上城市的经验证据 被引量:8

Study on the Impact of Digital Economy Development on Carbon Emissions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region:Empirical Evidence from the City Level in 2011-2019

摘要 基于2011-2019年京津冀地区的城市面板数据,实证考察了京津冀地区数字经济发展对碳排放的影响效应及作用机制,结果显示:京津冀地区数字经济发展显著地促进了其城市碳排放量的降低,且主要是通过促进融资贷款、产业集聚和外商直接投资三种机制产生显著的积极作用。经过变换核心解释变量、改变实证回归方法等方式,研究结论依然保持稳健。异质性分析结果显示:不论数字经济发展水平高还是低,数字经济发展均可以促进京津冀地区城市碳排放量的降低;环京城市与经济强市的数字经济发展均促进了其碳排放量的下降,但在非环京地区这一效果不显著,而非经济强市的数字经济发展则加速了其碳排放量的上升。 Based on the urban panel data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2011 to 2019,this paper empirically investigates the impact and mechanism of digital economy development on carbon emissions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The research results show that the development of digital economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has significantly promoted the reduction of urban carbon emissions,and it has a significant positive effect mainly through promoting financing loans,industrial agglomeration and foreign direct investment.After changing the core explanatory variables and empirical regression methods,the research conclusion remains stable.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the development of digital economy can promote the reduction of urban carbon emissions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,regardless of the high or low level of digital economy development.The development of digital economy in cities around Beijing and cities with strong economies has promoted the decline of their carbon emissions,but this effect is not significant in non-Beijing areas,while the development of digital economy in cities with strong economies has promoted the increase of their carbon emissions.
