摘要
为探讨科尔沁沙地常见灌木细根解剖结构与抗旱性的关系,该文以科尔沁沙地5种灌木为试材,测定各树种不同根序细根的剖面直径、皮层厚度、维管柱直径、维根比及导管性状等,比较各级细根解剖结构的差异性,分析灌木应对干旱环境的策略。结果表明:5种灌木树种不同根序的细根在解剖结构上存在显著差异(P<0.05)。小叶锦鸡儿的维根比和导管内径较大,具有较强的水分输送能力,山竹岩黄芪和叶底珠的剖面直径较小、皮层厚度较薄,具有较强的吸水能力。由此可见,不同树种的根系应对土壤干旱环境的生存策略不同。
In order to study the relationship between the anatomical structure of fine root and the drought resistance of common shrubs in horqin sandy land,the root diameter,root cortex thickness,root stele diameter,stele to diameter ratio and vessel traits of fine roots in different root orders of 5 shrub species were measured,the differences of fine root anatomical structure and their response strategies on drought environment were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in the anatomical structures of the fine roots in different root orders among the 5 shrub species.The Caragana microphylla had a largest stele to diameter ratio and a largest vessel inner diameter,and showed a strongest water transport capacity.The root diameter and cortex thickness of Hedysarum fruticosum and Securinega suffruticosa were both thinner,which had stronger water absorption ability.It can be concluded that different tree species have different survival strategies in response to soil drought.
