新旧LiFePO_(4)电池高温稳定性对比 被引量:1

Comparison of high temperature stability of fresh and aged LiFePO_(4) batteries

摘要 热滥用是导致锂离子电池热失控的原因之一,因此加热实验是锂离子电池质量抽检或第三方测试必检项目之一。基于国家标准GB 38031—2020《电动汽车用动力蓄电池安全要求》的加热实验方法,对比研究随机选用的循环老化电芯与新电芯的热稳定性。2只循环老化电芯在2.50~3.65 V充放电,分别以1.00 C循环1622次和以2.00 C充电、1.00 C放电循环782次。循环老化电芯的热稳定性比新电芯差,但最终呈现的结果有随机性。选区电化学性能测试表明,高温下电解液与高活性嵌锂负极的反应,是负极脱锂存在空间上的不均匀特性、电芯气胀甚至出现泄压的主要原因。 Thermal abuse was one of the reasons for the thermal runaway of Li-ion battery.Therefore,heating experiment was one of the necessary items for quality sampling or third-party testing of Li-ion battery.Based on the heating experiment method of national standard GB 38031—2020 Electric Vehicles Traction Battery Safety Requirements,the thermal stability of randomly selected cyclic aging cells and the fresh cells was compared and studied.Two aged cells were charged and discharged at 2.50-3.65 V,with 1622 cycles at 1.00 C and 782 cycles charged at 2.00 C and discharged at 1.00 C,respectively.The thermal stability of the aged cells was worse than that of the fresh one,but the final results showed randomness.The electrochemical performance analysis of selected regions showed that the reaction of electrolyte with Li-intercalated anode was the main reason of inhomogenous Li-deintercalation from anode,gas swelling and even pressure relief of the cell.
