阀控式铅酸电池电流的分解输出

摘要 为确保阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池的极柱在使用时不被熔断,采用分流式并联极柱设计。极柱所对应的端子分为圆柱铜芯式和直角铜环式两种,可将车辆中所用电器分散连接,使电流分解输出。在450 A电流持续放电过程中,控制电流通过极柱时所产生的温度不高于105℃,既满足车辆工作要求,也确保了安全使用。 In order to ensure that the pole of valve regulated lead-acid(VRLA)battery was not fused during use,a shunt parallel pole design was adopted.The terminals corresponding to the pole were divided into cylindrical copper core type and right angle copper ring type,which could connect the electrical appliances in the vehicle dispersedly to decompose and output the current.During the continuous discharge process of 450 A current,the temperature generated when the current passed through the pole was controlled to be no more than 105℃,which not only met the working requirements of the vehicle,but also ensured safe use.
