基于LMDI的河北省能源消费碳排放核算及因素分析

Calculation and factor analysis of energy consumption carbon emissions in Hebei Province based on LMDI

以二氧化碳为代表的温室气体浓度不断升高是气候变暖的主要原因。近些年来,河北省在经济发展的同时也出现了碳排放量增加的问题。首先运用排放系数法对河北省2005-2019年能源消费碳排放进行核算,然后运用对数平均迪氏指数分解法(LMDI因素分解法)对能源消费碳排放量变化的驱动因素进行分解和分析,最后根据分析结果提出政策建议。

The increasing concentration of greenhouse gases represented by carbon dioxide is the main reason for climate warming.In recent years,hebei province also has the problem of increasing carbon emissions while economic development.This paper first uses the emission coefficient method to calculate the energy consumption of Hebei Province from 2005 to 2019,then uses the logarithmic mean Dickens index decomposition method(LMDI factor decomposition method)to decompose and analyze the driving factors of the change in carbon emissions of energy consumption,and finally puts forward policy recommendations based on the analysis results.
