摘要
重金属与蛋白质的相互作用研究是治理重金属污染的重要内容。通过Cu、Mn、Cd、Zn等重金属离子对蛋白质的含量、活性的作用变化趋势,蛋白质对这些重金属离子的转运、吸附作用的不同影响进行了综述,并提出了重金属与蛋白质相互作用研究进展的不足之处,为后续探究使用生物处理法治理重金属污染提供借鉴。
The study of the interaction between heavy metals and proteins is an important content in the treatment of heavy metal pollution.In this paper,the effect of heavy metal ions such as Cu,Mn,CD,Zn on the content and activity of protein was reviewed.The deficiency of the research on the interaction between heavy metals and proteins is also pointed out,which can be used as a reference for the further research on the treatment of heavy metal pollution by biological treatment.
