教育发展如何应对出生人口下降的挑战?

How Can Educational Development Meet the Challenge of Declining Birth Rate?

我国出生人口下降引起了社会舆论对教育下一步发展的高度关注。为了应对出生人口下降,国家与地方在规划教育发展时应该着力提高教育质量,消除社会的教育焦虑。要避免出现“撤并学校”倾向、“民办学校全面退出”倾向、“取消中职”倾向。

The declining birth rate in China has aroused great public concern on further educational development.This paper points out that in order to cope with the declining birth rate,the planning of educational development,both in state level and city level,needs to put forth effort to improve the quality of education so as to eliminate the social anxiety on education.To this end,we must avoid the three tendencies of“school closure”,“full exit of private schools”,and“cancellation of secondary vocational schools”.
