摘要
根据多套矿热炉直流供电电源设计、制造、调试和工程应用的体会,以扩大矿热炉直流供电应用容量和使用领域为目标,探讨了大容量矿热炉直流供电应用中亟待解决的电力电子器件、冶炼工艺、操作习惯、合理配料、使用器件优劣比较等问题,对我国直流矿热炉的大面积推广和大功率应用,推动我国铁合金行业的技术进步,应对全球能源危机等都有极其重要的作用和意义。
Learned from the experience in the design,manufacture,commissioning and engineering application of DC power supply for multiple sets of submerged arc furnaces,with the goal of expanding the application capacity and field of use for DC power supply in submerged arc furnaces,the paper discusses the power electronic devices,smelting technolo-gy,operation habits,reasonable proportioning,and comparison of advantages and disadvantages of using devices that need to be solved urgently in the application of DC power supply for large capacity submerged arc furnaces.The problems are of great significance to the large scale promotion and high power application of DC submerged arc furnaces in China,to promote the technological progress of China’s ferroalloy industry and deal with the global energy crisis,etc.
