An Analysis of the Basic Dimensions of the CPC’s Organizational Building in the New Era

办好中国的事情关键在党,党的力量来自组织。习近平总书记深刻阐释组织建设是新时代“伟大工程”和全面从严治党战略的基石。基础不牢,地动山摇。科学、系统、有效推进新时代党的组织建设,必须做到:在理论维度坚持以马克思主义建党学说一脉相承的理论体系,特别是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导;在历史维度系统总结中国共产党百年组织建设成败的经验与教训,深刻吸取苏联以及东欧各国共产党组织建设失败的沉痛教训;在现实维度紧扣民族复兴的时代使命,拥护“两个确立”,做到“两个维护”,践行新时代党的组织路线,着力完善政治统领、体系塑形、教育保先、队伍聚智汇力、基层组织力提升“五位一体”的实践机制。

The key to running China’s affairs well lies in the Party,and the Party’s strength comes from the organization.Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee,gave a profound interpretation that the Party’s organizational building is the cornerstone of the“great project”in the new era and the strategy of the full and strict governance over the Party.Without the solid foundation,the earth would tremble,and the mountains would sway.To promote Party’s organizational building in the new era in a scientific,systematic and effective way,we must adhere to the theoretical system inherited from the Marxist theory of Party building in the theoretical dimension,especially the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.In the historical dimension,we must systematically summarize the experience and lessons of the Party’s century-old organizational building,and deeply learn the bitter lessons of the failure of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries in organizational building.In the practical dimension,while keeping up with the mission of the times of national rejuvenation,we must support the“Two Establishments”,achieve the“Two Upholds”,practice the Party’s organizational line in the new era,and strive to improve the“five-in-one”practical mechanism of political leadership,system shaping,education protection,wisdom and strength gathering of the team,and grassroots organizational strength improvement.
