摘要
研究型大学是国家经济和社会发展的重要引擎。数字时代,以世界一流大学麻省理工学院和斯坦福大学为研究对象,探索美国研究型大学创业教育组织的基本结构、课程体系、实践体系、师资力量、对外合作等方面建设情况,并总结经验,为中国研究型大学创业教育组织建设带来启示:完善创业教育组织结构,构建全覆盖、分阶段、个性化的数字化课程体系,搭建系统多元的数字化实践平台,加强创业教育师资队伍建设,打造数字创业生态系统,可进一步深化高校创业教育改革,促进创业教育取得实效。
Research universities are important engines of national economic and social development.This paper,taking the MIT and Stanford University which are world-class universities as the research objects,explores the basic structure,curriculum system,practice system,faculty and cooperation of entrepreneurship education organization in American research universities in the digital age,and draws lessons from the successful experiences and measures.In order to further deepen the reform of the entrepreneurship education in research universities and achieve actual results,it is necessary to structure a staged,personalized and digitalized curriculum system with full coverage by improving the organizational structure of entrepreneurship education,build a diversified practice platform integrating digital content,strengthen the construction of entrepreneurial faculty and establish a digital entrepreneurial ecosystem.
