摘要
培养学生创新意识和创新能力对学生自身发展有着重要意义,文章旨在探索一种基于创新创业教育的“OER翻转课堂”实践教学模式,将该模式引入“HSE管理体系”课堂教学中,课后对教学效果进行了综合分析。结果表明,相较于传统课堂,90%以上的学生能积极参与到课堂中,期末测试平均成绩和优秀率明显提高,参加化工设计类、创新创业类竞赛人数大幅增加。在开展创新创业教育课堂后,学生的创新意识和创新能力也有所提升。
This paper aims to explore an“OER flipped classroom”practice teaching mode based on innovation and entrepreneurship education,introduce this model into the classroom teaching of“HSE Management System”,and comprehensively analyze the teaching effect after class.The results show that compared with the traditional classroom,more than 90%of the students can actively participate in the class,the average score and excellent rate of the final test are significantly improved,and the number of participants in chemical design and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions has increased significantly.After the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education classes,students’innovation awareness and innovation ability have also been improved.
