摘要
在文献综述的基础上比较了合成2-苯甲酰基苯并呋喃的四种路线,以其中水杨醛与溴代苯乙酮为原料的Rap-Stoermer反应为案例,采用碱催化溶剂回流、机械振动球磨、微波反应及手工研磨四种方法合成了2-苯甲酰基苯并呋喃,并对这四种方法优缺点进行了评析,为大学有机化学开放性实验教学提供一定的案例参考。
On the basis of literature research,four routes for the synthesis of 2-benzoyl benzofuran were compared.Taking the Rap Stoermer reaction of salicylaldehyde and bromoacetophenone as raw materials,2-benzoyl benzofuran was synthesized by four methods,including alkali catalyzed solvent reflux,vibration ball milling,microwave reaction and manual grinding.The advantages and disadvantages of these four methods were evaluated.It provides some case reference for the open experimental teaching of organic chemistry for undergraduates.
