CS@CAU-10复合膜的制备及其对乙醇/水的分离性能

摘要 利用原位生长法在氧化铝载体上制备金属有机骨架CAU-10膜,并在其表面覆盖一层壳聚糖(CS)得到CS@CAU-10复合膜。考察了CAU-10膜合成液浓度、CS醋酸水溶液浓度以及操作温度对膜层的结构和性能的影响。结果表明,在合成液浓度为0.06 mol/L、CS质量分数为3%时获得的膜层性能最好;升高温度,该膜通量增大、分离因子下降;在30℃时,原料的水质量分数从5%增大到20%,总通量由91 g/(m^(2)·h)增加至450 g/(m^(2)·h),分离因子从497降低至92。该膜与其他乙醇脱水膜相比具有一定的优势。 CS@CAU-10 composite membranes are synthesized through coating a layer of chitosan(CS)on metal organic frameworks(MOFs)-based CAU-10 membrane,which is obtained onα-Al_(2)O_(3)substrates through in-situ growth method.The effects of the synthetic solution concentration of CAU-10 membranes,the concentration of CS acetic acid aqueous solution and the operation temperature on the microstructure and separation performance of CS@CAU-10 composite membranes are investigated.It is verified that CS@CAU-10 composite membrane with the best separation performance can be obtained when the concentration of the synthetic solution of CAU-10 membranes is 0.06 mol·L^(-1) and the mass fraction of CS solution is 3%.Total flux of CAU-10 membranes obtained increases and the separation factor decreases when the operating temperature increases.Total flux increases from 91 g/(m^(2)·h)to 450 g/(m^(2)·h)and the separation factor decreases from 497 to 92 when the water mass fraction in the feed increases from 5%to 20%and the operating temperature is at 30℃.Compared with other ethanol dehydration membranes,this composite membrane shows certain advantages.
