摘要 企业对利润的追求反应在经营中,日益表现为在产品或服务生命周期内各阶段中,对各岗位上最合适人员的甄选。企业人力资源管理工作取得一定成绩,也存在绩效效果不足、组织管理有效性缺失等问题。人力资源领域标准化工作的重点在于帮助企业搭建具有领先性、可推广使用的标准体系,解决企业运营中存在的或潜藏的人力资源管理问题,提出标准化解决方案,从而保障企业的良性运转环境,提升企业核心竞争力。文章通过标准化管理工具的应用,研究人力资源管理中的堵点并提出解决方案,建立标准化运营体系,提高员工工作积极性、创造性,促进企业发展。 The pursuit of profit is reflected in the operation of enterprises,which is increasingly manifested in the selection of the most suitable personnel for each position in each stage of the product or service life cycle.Enterprise human resource management has achieved certain achievements,but there are also problems such as insufficient performance and lack of effectiveness of organizational management.The focus of standardization work in the fi eld of human resources is to help enterprises build a leading and applicable standards system,solve existing or hidden human resource management problems in enterprise operations,and propose standardized solutions,so as to ensure a benign operating environment and improve core competitiveness of enterprises.Through the application of standardized management tools,this paper studies the obstacles in human resource management and proposes solutions,establishes a standardized operation system,improves employees’work enthusiasm and creativity,and promotes enterprise development.
