广东省碳达峰碳中和标准体系框架构建

Construction of the Standards System Framework for Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality in Guangdong Province

“碳达峰、碳中和”是一项复杂的系统工程,在实现过程中从政策落实、规范管理、引领技术、监测监管等多角度都离不开标准这一技术基础的支撑。广东作为我国经济发展的排头兵和“碳排放”大省,开展碳达峰碳中和标准体系建设,支撑实现“双碳”目标具有迫切需求。本文通过研究国内外碳达峰碳中和标准化现状,提出广东省碳达峰碳中和标准体系框架,推动广东省碳达峰碳中和标准体系建设,助力实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标。

Carbon peak and carbon neutrality is a complex system project.In the process of implementation,standards are indispensable for policy implementation,standardized management,leading technology,monitoring and supervision.As a major province of economic development and carbon emissions,Guangdong has urgent needs to establish the carbon peak and carbon neutrality standard system to support the realization of the“dual carbon”goal.This paper studies the current status of carbon peak and carbon neutrality standardization at home and abroad,proposes the framework of Guangdong province’s carbon peak and carbon neutrality standards system,which can promote the construction of carbon peak and neutrality standards system in Guangdong,and help achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
