摘要
续驶里程是燃料电池汽车重要的评价指标之一,为了明确其测试评价方法,本文针对燃料电池汽车续驶里程的国内外标准进行对比分析,并对即将发布的国家标准进行解析。首先,通过分析国内外标准的差异性,对现行的标准进行分层分级解析,阐述各自标准的来源和现状;其次,分析在国标中具体测试方法的解析步骤,阐述了测试的难点和亮点,包括测量的起点和止点、测试中的能量损失、测试的工况,以及提出纯氢续驶里程来评价燃料电池的贡献量的数据处理方法;最后,标准中提出了“短缩法”测量方案以及“补氢”等测量方法,能够最大程度地优化测试方案,使结果具备可靠性。
Driving range is an importance evaluation index of fuel cell vehicle.In this paper,the test and evaluation methods of fuel cell vehicle driving range in domestic and foreign standards are compared,and the forthcoming of the national standard is analyzed.First,the differences between domestic and foreign standards are clearly analyzed to explain the origins and current condition of these standards;Secondly,the analytical steps of the specifi c test methods in the national standard are analyzed,and the diffi culties and highlights of the test are expounded,including the starting point and fi nish line of the test,energy loss and work condition of the test.The data processing method of the value of fuel cell is also proposed;Finally,the evaluation plan and method in the standard is analyzed,which can greatly improve the test plan and ensure reliable results.
