公共检验检测服务平台助推产业集群效益提升机制研究——以滨州市商用厨具产业为例

Research on the Mechanism of Promoting the Benefi t of Industrial Cluster by Public Inspection and Testing Service Platform–Taking Binzhou’s Commercial Kitchenware Industry as an Example

本文通过调研了解滨州市商用厨具产业集群现状,分析产业发展存在的问题和技术瓶颈,针对厨具产业目前存在的技术力量薄弱、研发能力不足、质量控制手段落后、产品附加值低等问题,研究依托公共检验检测服务平台高端人才和设备优势,提供检验检测和技术服务,实现资源共享,助推滨州市厨具产业转型升级、提质增效。

This paper aims to study the status quo of Binzhou's commercial kitchenware industry cluster,and analyze the problems and technical bottlenecks in the development of the industry,in view of the problems existing in the kitchenware industry,such as the weak technical force,the insufficient research and development ability,the backward means of quality control,the low added value of products,etc.The study aims to use the advantages of high-end personnel and equipment in the public inspection and testing service platform to provide inspection and testing and technical services,and realize resource sharing,thus promoting the transformation and upgrading of Binzhou's kitchenware industry and enhancing its quality and effi ciency.
