考虑用电效用的用户购电决策优化

摘要 随着售电侧市场的逐步放开,电力用户的市场化程度逐渐加深,需要制定科学合理的购电策略以保障自身用电效用的同时降低风险。该文提出了考虑用电效用的用户购电决策优化策略。首先基于实时电价建立了三种不同类型的套期保值合同供用户选择;接着引入了需求价格弹性模型引导用户调整用电策略,实现负荷和电价的实时联动;基于条件风险价值法以用电效用最大化为目标建立用户购电决策模型;并采用阿基米德算法来求解该模型;最后通过算例验证了该模型能够有效提高用户的购电效用,为用户的购电决策提供参考。 With the gradual opening of the retail electricity market,the marketization of power consumers has gradually deepened.It is necessary to formulate a scientific and reasonable purchasing strategy to ensure their electricity utility while reducing risks.Therefore,this paper proposes an optimization strategy of electricity retailer’s sale decision considering user utility.Firstly,based on real-time electricity price,three different types of hedging contracts are established for users to choose.Then,the demanding price elasticity model is introduced to guide users to adjust the power consumption strategy,thus realizing the real-time linkage between load and electricity price.Moreover,based on the conditional value at risk,a user purchase decision model is established to maximize the utility of power consumption,and Archimedes optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,the cases are implemented to verify that the model can effectively improve the power purchase utility of power consumers,which provides guidance for consumers when making purchase decisions.
