基于赋值权重综合法模型的气候舒适度分布研究--以成渝双城经济圈为例

摘要 基于成渝地区双城经济圈国家级气象站1981~2010年观测值,利用python脚本以及numpy,pandas数据处理分析框架对气象数据进行批量数据清洗及质量控制,在此基础之上,综合考虑温湿指数、风效指数和着衣指数因子,并按照在炎热的地区或炎热的季节着重考虑热应力不舒适程度,在较寒冷的地区或季节注重冷应力不舒适程度的原则,对各因子进行了分级和赋值,计算了一种综合气候舒适度指数。利用GIS给出了成渝双城经济圈各县温湿指数和综合指数赋值在春、夏、秋、冬4个季节的代表月份(4、7、10、1月份)的空间分布情况。从中可见,相较温湿指数而言,综合指数对于春季的冷效应和夏秋季节的热效应体现更加明显。结合成渝地区双城经济圈建设目标,提出了进一步深挖气候资源特色的建议对策。 The data in this paper comes from the observations of the national meteorological station in the Shuangcheng Economic Circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing area from 1981 to 2010.Python script and numpy,pandas data processing and analysis framework are used to clean the meteorological data in batches and quality control,according to the seasonal division method.On this basis,a comprehensive climate comfort index was calculated by considering the factors of temperature and humidity index,wind efficiency index and clothing index.According to the principle of focusing on the thermal stress discomfort degree in hot regions or hot seasons and cold stress discomfort degree in cold regions or seasons,each factor was graded and assigned.Corresponding weights are given to calculate a comprehensive climate comfort index.The spatial distribution of the temperature and humidity index and the composite index assignment of each county in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle in the four seasons of spring,summer,autumn and winter(April,July,October and January)is made by using GIS.It can be seen that the composite index is more obvious than the temperature and humidity index for the cold effect in spring and the heat effect in summer and autu mn.On this basis,combined with the construction objectives of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to further explore the characteristics of climate resources.
