摘要
分析了榆林市某污水厂工艺流程、设计水质、主要构筑物设计参数和实际运行数据。结果表明:A 2/O微曝氧化沟系统有较强的抗冲击负荷能力,可有效应对水质水量的波动;适当增加排水管道埋深,有利于提高进水水温,降低污水处理厂运行压力;通过精细化的运行管理,辅以药剂投加措施,能够提高系统运行的稳定性,并有可能实现高排放标准下污水处理厂的非工程性提标,降低提标改造投资,值得同类污水处理厂设计、运行和升级改造时借鉴思考;同时建议加强源头治理,增设调节池,有效管控进水水质和水量,以提高处理系统的稳定性。
Through the introduction and analysis of the technological process,design water quality,design parameters of main sewage treatment structures and actual operation data of a municipal sewage treatment plant in Yulin,the results show that A 2/O fine bubble aerated oxidation ditch system has strong ability to resist water shock loading,and can effectively deal with the fluctuation of water quality and quantity;Increasing the depth of drainage pipe is beneficial to improve the water inlet temperature and reduce the pressure of sewage treatment plant operation;Through refined operation management,supplemented by pharmaceutical addition measures,it can improve the stability of system operation,and it is possible to realize the non-engineering upgrading of sewage plants under high discharge standards,and reduce the upgrading investment.It is worth thinking for reference in the design operation and upgrading of similar sewage plants;At the same time,it is suggested to strengthen the source control,set up a regulation tank,effectively control the quality and quantity of incoming water,so as to improve the stability of the treatment system.
