家庭功能在中青年淋巴瘤患者智谋水平与心理痛苦间的中介效应

Mediating effect of family function between resourcefulness and psychological distress in young and middle-aged patients with lymphoma

目的:探讨家庭功能在中青年淋巴瘤患者智谋与心理痛苦之间的中介效应。方法:应用一般资料调查表、智谋量表、家庭亲密度与适应性量表、心理痛苦温度计,对2021年9-12月于郑州市2所三级甲等医院肿瘤科的中青年淋巴瘤患者进行调查。结果:中青年淋巴瘤患者智谋得分为83.65±21.56分、家庭功能得分为119.24±15.04分、心理痛苦得分为4.28±2.13分。中青年淋巴瘤患者的智谋与家庭功能呈正相关(r=0.444,P<0.01)、与心理痛苦呈负相关(r=-0.498,P<0.01),家庭功能与心理痛苦也呈负相关(r=-0.827,P<0.01);Bootstrap结果显示家庭功能在智谋与心理痛苦间起完全中介作用,中介效应大小为-0.43(95%CI:-0.171~-0.084)。结论:智谋和家庭功能与淋巴瘤患者的心理痛苦密切相关,家庭功能在智谋和心理痛苦的关系中起到完全中介作用。

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of family function on the relationship between resourcefulness and psychological distress in young and middle-aged patients with lymphoma.Methods:The general information questionnaire,Resourcefulness Scale,Family Adaptation and Cohesion Evaluation ScaleⅡ,and Distress Thermometer were used to investigate young and middle-aged lymphoma patients in the oncology department of two tertiary hospitals in Zhengzhou from September to December 2021.Results:The scores of Resourcefulness Scale,Family Adaptation and Cohesion Evaluation ScaleⅡ,and Distress Thermometer of young and middle-aged lymphoma patients were 83.65±21.56,119.24±15.04 and 4.28±2.13,respectively.The resourcefulness of young and middle-aged patients with lymphoma was positively correlated with family function(r=0.444,P<0.01),was negatively correlated with psychological distress(r=-0.498,P<0.01),family function was negatively correlated with psychological distress(r=-0.827,P<0.01);Bootstrap results showed that family function had a complete mediating effect on the relationship between resourcefulness and psychological distress,and the mediating effect size was-0.43(95%CI:-0.171~-0.084).Conclusion:Resourcefulness and family function are closely related to the psychological distress of lymphoma patients,and family function plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between resourcefulness and psychological distress.
