新型冠状病毒感染疫情背景下青少年外倾性人格、孤独感与问题性短视频使用之间关系

Relationship between extrovert personality,loneliness and problematic short video use among adolescents in the context of COVID-19

目的:探讨外倾性人格和孤独感对青少年问题性短视频使用的影响。方法:采用青少年人格五因素问卷、UCLA孤独感量表和问题性短视频使用量表对1277名中学生进行调查。结果:(1)外倾性人格与孤独感和问题性短视频使用显著负相关,孤独感与问题性短视频使用显著正相关;(2)外倾性人格对孤独感有负向预测作用(β=-0.367,P<0.001),对问题性短视频使用的预测作用无统计学意义,孤独感显著正向预测问题性短视频使用(β=0.229,P<0.001);(3)孤独感在外倾性人格和问题性短视频之间起完全中介作用,中介效应值为-0.084(95%CI:-0.111~-0.058);(4)外倾性人格对问题性短视频使用中介过程的前半路径受到性别的调节,相比男生,具有外倾性倾向的女生群体与其孤独感的关系更加密切。结论:孤独感在外倾性人格与问题性短视频使用之间起到完全中介作用;性别调节中介路径中外倾性人格和孤独感之间的关系。

Objective:To investigate the effects of extraversion personality and loneliness on adolescents'use of problematic short videos.Methods:A total of 1277 middle school students were investigated by five-factor adolescent personality Questionnaire,UCLA loneliness Scale and problematic short video use scale.Results:①Extravert personality was negatively correlated with loneliness and problematic short video use,while loneliness was positively correlated with problematic short video use.②Extraversion personality had a negative predictive effect on loneliness(β=-0.367 P<0.001),while loneliness had a positive predictive effect on problematic short video use(β=0.229,P<0.001).③Loneliness had a complete mediating effect on the relationship between extraversion personality and problematic short video,with a mediating effect value of-0.084(95%CI:-0.111~-0.058).④The first half of the mediation process of extraverted personality to problematic short videos was moderated by gender.Compared with boys,girls with extraverted tendency were more closely related to their loneliness.Conclusion:Loneliness plays a complete mediating role between extraversion personality and problematic short video use,and gender regulates the relationship between extroversion personality and loneliness in the mediation path.
