摘要
目的:探讨社会排斥对低头行为的影响以及非适应性认知和心理韧性在二者关系中的作用。方法:使用青少年排斥体验量表、非适应性认知量表、心理韧性量表和一般低头行为量表对856名高中生进行调查。结果:(1)社会排斥与非适应性认知、低头行为之间两两显著正相关,心理韧性与社会排斥、非适应性认知、低头行为均显著负相关;(2)社会排斥不仅直接影响青少年低头行为水平,还通过非适应性认知的中介作用间接影响青少年低头行为水平,直接效应值为0.14,间接效应值为0.19;(3)心理韧性对中介模型的直接路径(β=0.06,P<0.05)、中介效应前半段路径(β=0.07,P<0.05)和后半段路径(β=0.16,P<0.001)均能够产生显著的调节作用。结论:非适应性认知是社会排斥诱发青少年低头行为的重要中介;心理韧性是社会排斥影响青少年非适应性认知进而导致低头行为的保护性因素。
Objective:To exploce the effects of ostracism,maladaptive cognition,psychological resilience on phubbing.Methods:A sample of 600 high school students in Tianjin and Hebei province was recruited in this study to complete the questionnaires.Results:①Ostracism,maladaptive cognition,phubbingwas positively correlated with each other,resilience was negatively related with ostracism,maladaptive cognition,and phubbing;②Ostracism not only had a direct effect on phubbing,but also could affect phubbing through the mediating role of maladaptive cognition;③The direct effect of ostracism on the phubbing and the mediation effect of maladaptive cognition were moderated by psychological resilience.Conclusion:Maladaptive cognition is an important bridge to understand and explain the effects of ostracism on phubbing.Resilience serves as a catalyst in the relationships between ostracism and maladaptive cognition and phubbing.
