摘要
以青岛上合广场为例,聚焦“防洪减灾”“技术创新”“韧性低碳”“数字智能”等城市地下空间开发利用的发展趋势,围绕城市公共地下空间韧性设计中防火、防淹(内涝)、防疫、交通、市政基础设施、结构韧性等方面进行分析和研究,力求为构建韧性城市提供可借鉴的经验,助推城市公共地下空间开发利用的进一步提升与发展。
This paper takes Qingdao Shanghe square as an example.It focuses on the trend of urban underground space development and utilization,such as“flood prevention and disaster reduction”,“technological innovation”,“resilience and low carbon”,and“digital intelligence”,etc.,analyzes and studies the fire prevention,flood prevention(waterlogging),epidemic prevention,transportation,municipal infrastructure,structural resilience and other aspects in the resilient design of urban public underground space.It strives to provide referable experience for the construction of resilient cities to promote the further development and utilization of urban public underground space.
