特大型地库设计探究——以阿里巴巴西溪五期项目为例

Research on the Design of Super Large Basement:A Case of Alibaba Xixi Phase V Project

近年来国内大型民用基建项目越来越多,配套的地库规模也越来越大。我国现行的规范对特大型车库的设计指导意义有限,特大型地下车库的建筑设计绝不能简单地理解为排布车位、拉通道路、满足消防、解决人防等规范要求即可。以阿里巴巴西溪五期项目为例,从交通规划、消防安全和品质提升等建筑设计角度出发,分析机动车停车约8 000辆的大型地库的设计要点和难点问题,阐述特大型地下车库设计的主要内容应该是基于交通规划的综合建筑设计,目标是实现地下车库的高效、安全运营,以此供类似规模项目设计参考。

In recent years,there are more and more large-scale civil infrastructure projects in China,and the scale of supporting basement is also increasing.The current norms in China have limited guiding significance for the design of super large garages.The architectural design of super large garages can never be simply understood as arranging parking spaces,opening roads,meeting the requirements of fire protection,solving civil air defense,and so on.Taking Alibaba Xixi Phase V project as an example,from the perspective of traffic planning,fire safety,quality improvement and other architectural design,the paper analyzes the key points and difficulties in the design of a large basement with about 8000 motor vehicles parked,and expounds that the main content of the design of a large garage should be a comprehensive architectural design based on traffic planning,with the goal of achieving efficient and safe operation of the large garage.It provides a reference for the design of the projects with similar scale.
