紧贴(1m)地铁隧道MJS施工与风险监测控制技术研究

摘要 以杭州市城市轨道交通3号线一期工程“吴山前村站—文一西路站(不含)”第二控制中心项目为例,根据周边复杂环境及Q1线网指挥大楼紧贴已运营的杭州地铁一号线隧道的情况,针对如何将围护结构施工对运营的地铁隧道的影响降到最小进行分析。在邻近地铁侧的围护区域,采用MJS工法桩围护体系,结合先进的自动化监测系统,最大程度地减少对邻近的运营地铁线路的影响,实现深基坑施工安全,并同时确保地铁线路安全运营。 Taking the second control center project of Hangzhou Rail Transit Line 3 Phase I Project Wushanqiancun Station—Wenyi West Road Station(excluding)as an example,given to the complex surrounding environment and the command building of Q1 line network being close to the tunnel of Hangzhou Metro Line 1 that has been put in operation,the paper analyzes how to minimize the impact of the construction of the enclosure structure on the operating subway tunnel.In the enclosure area near the subway side,MJS construction method pile enclosure system is adopted.Combined with the advanced automatic monitoring system,its impact on the adjacent subway lines in operation is minimized to realize the construction safety of deep foundation pit and to ensure the safe operation of subway line at the same time.
