摘要
结合四川绵阳某大楼的地基基础不均匀沉降案例进行分析,针对基础持力层分布不均匀导致地基沉降的问题,采用增设人工挖孔桩、承台及承台梁与新增钢筋混凝土托换梁相结合等方式对基础加固处理,并提出了上部结构不同损伤的修复方法,为类似工程提供参考。
Based on the case of uneven settlement of the foundation of a building in Mianyang,Sichuan Province,this paper analyzes the problem of foundation settlement caused by uneven distribution of foundation holding layers,and adopts the method of adding artificial dug pile,bearing table and bearing beam and new reinforced concrete supporting beam to strengthen the foundation,and proposes the method of repairing different damages of superstructure.It provides a reference for similar projects.
