士绅化背景下的天津五大道历史街区公共空间研究

Study on the Public Space of Tianjin Five Avenue Historic District under the Background of Gentrification

五大道作为驰名中外的历史文化街区之一,保留着一定的地域性的空间形态特征和传统的邻里文化。但随着街区城市公共空间的更新,街区内也出现了一定程度上的旅游士绅化现象,大量游客涌入街区,造成了对街区城市公共空间资源的侵入和占用。基于日常生活,观察与记录游客与本地居民在五大道街区城市公共空间内的活动行为,进而挖掘本地居民与游客在城市公共空间的使用或利用上的共生策略,为现阶段国内普遍出现士绅化现象的历史街区更新设计提供一定的参考。

As one of the famous historical and cultural blocks at home and abroad,the Five Revenue retains certain regional spatial features and traditional neighborhood culture.However,with the renewal of the urban public space in the neighborhood,a certain degree of tourist gentrification has also been triggered in the neighborhood,and a large number of tourist groups flooded into the neighborhood,causing the intrusion and occupation of the urban public space resources in the neighborhood.Based on daily life,this paper observes and records the activities of tourist groups and local residents in the urban public space of Five Revenue block,and then explores the symbiosis strategy for the use or utilization of urban public spaces by local residents and tourist groups.The paper provides a reference for the renewal design of domestic historic districts currently having the phenomenon of gentrification.
