淮北选煤厂乳化浮选系统实践

Practical research on emulsification flotation system in Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant

淮北选煤厂属于矿区型选煤厂,入选多个矿井原煤,煤种复杂、煤泥含量大以及煤质不稳定,为选煤厂的浮选工艺控制带来困难,增加了选煤厂的运行成本。为提高精煤产率,减少浮选药剂使用量,淮北选煤厂安装应用一套乳化加药系统,通过现场试验的结果显示:捕收剂乳化后进入浮选,总精煤灰分平均约降低2.5%,精煤产率也有明显提高,浮选可燃体回收率平均增加约3%。使用该系统为企业节省了药剂耗量,提高了经济效益,在行业上起到了示范作用,产生一定的社会效益。

Huaibei Coal preparation plant belongs to the mining area type coal preparation plant,selected many mine raw coal,coal complex,large slime content and unstable coal quality,for the flotation process control of coal preparation plant brought difficulties,increased the operation cost of coal preparation plant.In order to improve the cleaned coal yield and reduce the use of flotation reagent,Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant has installed and applied a set of emulsified dosing system.The field test results show that the total cleaned coal ash content decreases by 2.5%on average after the emulsified collector enters the flotation,the cleaned coal yield also increases significantly,and the recovery rate of flotation combustible body increases by 3%on average.Using this system saves the dosage of medicine for enterprises,improves the economic benefit,plays an exemplary role in the industry,and produces certain social benefit.
