摘要
从试验煤种、相关参数、试验大纲、试验步骤等方面介绍了郭家湾煤矿胶带中部采样系统灰分偏倚试验;从基本情况、试验程序、制样、化验等方面分析了胶带中部采样系统干基灰分精密度测定方法,并依据GB/T 19494.3—2004对采样系统偏倚试验和精密度测定进行了数据处理分析。结果表明,该胶带中部采样系统在相应的最大允许偏倚(B值为0.80%)下,灰分可接受为无实质性偏倚;对于期望精密度P_(预期)=1.0%,灰分测定平均值的真实精密度优于期望精密度,总精密度符合要求。
The ash bias test scheme for the sampling system in the middle of the belt inside the train loading station tower of Guojiawan Coal Mine of Yulin Energy Company was introduced in detail from the aspects of test coal type,relevant parameters,test outline,and test steps;From the aspects of basic information,test procedures,sample preparation,and laboratory testing,a detailed analysis is made of the precision measurement scheme of the dry basis ash content of the sampling system in the middle of the belt,and data processing and analysis are conducted for the bias test and precision measurement of the sampling system according to GB/T 19494.3—2004.The analysis results show that under the corresponding maximum allowable bias(B value of 0.80%),the ash content of the sampling system in the middle of the belt is acceptable without substantial bias;For the expected precision P_(expected)=1.0%,the true precision of the average ash content measurement is better than the expected precision,and the total precision meets the requirements.
