摘要
上筒仓顶的管带输送机头部的张紧装置重锤箱重量极大,由于胶带长期高负荷运转或者一些意外因素,有可能会造成胶带突然断裂。断带时,重锤箱将发生自由坠落,对其下部的平台、裙房及承台基础都将造成不可挽回的损伤,并威胁此区域活动人员的人身安全,存在极大的安全隐患。因此,对比了传统方案后,设计了一套新型方案来解决此问题,可以为类似工程项目防重锤自由坠落提供设计、施工依据及参考。
The heavy hammer box of the tensioning device at the head of the pipe belt conveyor on the top of the silo is extremely heavy,and the belt may break suddenly due to the long--term high load operation of the belt or some unexpected factors.When the belt is broken,the heavy hammer box will fall freely,which causes irreparable damage to the platform,podium and cushion cap foundation under it,and threatens the personal safety of the personnel in this area,and there are great potential safety hazards.Therefore,after comparing the conventional schemes,a new scheme is designed to solve this problem,which can provide basis for design and construction and reference for similar projects to prevent the free fall of heavy hammer.
