摘要 随着广播电视事业的快速发展,监督监管模式也在不断发展,既要确保安全播出,又要做好播出内容监管,才能保证广播电视播出质量,更好地发挥监督监管作用。结合国家广播电视总局关于广播电视广告播出管理办法,基于广告样本比对、智能广告时段发现、智能广告自动发现技术为基础,针对IPTV、电视节目中播放的广告内容,提供广告拆分、识别、分类存储、统计的综合性业务监管系统。从系统需求分析、功能设计、技术手段以及应用效果等方面进行阐述。 With the rapid development of the radio and television industry,the supervision and supervision model is also constantly developing.It is necessary to ensure safe broadcasting and to do an excellent job supervising broadcast content to ensure the quality of radio and television broadcasting and better play the role of control and supervision.Combined with the State Administration of Radio and Television's management measures for radio and television advertisement broadcasting,based on advertisement sample comparison,intelligent advertisement period discovery,and brilliant advertisement automatic discovery technology,it provides advertisement splitting and identification for advertisement content broadcast in IPTV and TV programs,Classified storage,statistical comprehensive business supervision system.It is elaborated on system requirements analysis,functional design,technical means,and application effects.
